Our Walk and Talk therapy offers an engaging eco-therapeutic session where we chat and enjoy the beauty of nature around us. As part of our counselling services, we ensure that you walk at your own pace, choosing from a variety of locations to appreciate the tranquility of the outdoors during the day. Additionally, we offer telehealth counselling options for those who prefer to connect virtually.
We are committed to making therapy sessions accessible. Our fees are structured in a way to make it feasible for us to keep providing high quality counselling services.
Introduction Telehealth Session (30 Minutes): Free!
Single session (up to 90 minutes): $110
5 session package: $500
10 session package: $900
Unfortunately, Medicare does not provide a rebate for counselling.
At this time Mirra Counselling cannot accept any Victims of Crime scheme payments or insurance rebates due to certification requirements.
If the client is experiencing financial hardship, please discuss your circumstances with us and we will accommodate to the best of our ability.
